1996 A-B SMITHSONIAN INTERN - SUSAN YOON, MIDDLETOWN, CT
Susan Yoon was an intern at the Smithsonian Institute’s Office of Public Affairs in the summer of 1997. She received a BA in political science from Wesleyan University and an MA in philosophy/religion from Harvard in 2002, and now works in the corporate law department of Wolf, Haldestein, Adler, Freeman & Herz in New York City. She plans to attend law school in the near future.

Yoon worked at the Smithsonian at the close of her sophomore year. It was really an exciting time at SI that summer, a whole new crew had started to work on an initiative to increase Asian American awareness and I was brought on as a part of that team culminating in the publication of a resource brochure entitled "Asian American Resources at the Smithsonian."
